Step 1:Copy this URL chrome://net-internals/#events&q=type:SPDY_SESSION%20is:active and paste in your Chrome address bar.
Step 2: Click on the small drop down arrow In top right corner and click on “Flush Sockets“

3. Clear Temporary Files, Cookies, and Caches
Step 1: Press Window+R, type %temp% and hit enter.
Step 2: A window will open with containing lots of small files and folders, select all and press Shift+Delete.
