1. UPDATE YOUR BROWSER

Move your pointer to top right corner. Click on three dots. Now select settings.
In left side bar click on about. A new window will appear. Here you can see if your browser up to date or not.
2. FLUSH SPDY SOCKETS IN GOOGLE CHROME
Sometimes flushing SPDY sockets can solve this problem quickly. Check steps below to flush sockets.
Copy the URL below.
Paste it in your Chrome address bar. Remove the quotes and hit ENTER.
Click on the small drop down arrow in top right corner on the RED strip that you see in your browser window.
Click on “Flush Sockets“
Now close your browser. Wait a few seconds and open it again.
Congratulations, now you’ve flushed SPDY sockets in your browser successfully.
3. CLEAR TEMPORARY FILES, COOKIES, AND CACHES
Press Window+R. Type %temp%. Hit enter.
A window will open with lots of small files and folders. Select all and press Shift+Delete.
Now for clearing cookies and caches, open Google Chrome. Go to History from menu in top right corner.
Go to Clear Browsing Data. Select Options as shown in the pictures below. Finally, click on Clear Browsing Data button.
